Made to order
Most Liberous pieces are produced when you order them, by our fulfillment partner. Production takes 1 to 3 business days before your order ships.
Delivery times
After production, standard delivery usually takes:

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, customs and carrier delays can add time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order. If a faster option is offered for your address, its price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order ships you get an email with a tracking number. If it has been more than 5 business days since your order and you have not received it, check your spam folder, then contact support.
Holidays
From November 15 to December 31, production and delivery can take 2 to 5 extra business days. For delivery before December 25, order by December 15 in the United States and by December 1 everywhere else.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged customs fees, import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country, collected by the carrier, and paid by you. They are not included in our prices or refundable by us.
Address problems
Check your shipping address before you pay. If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or wrong, we can ship it again to a corrected address, but the second shipment may cost you the shipping fee. See the Refund Policy for lost, damaged or wrong items.
